Bookings Calendar – Overview

Calendar and List view.

There are two different ways to view your bookings calendar: Calendar view and List view. You can toggle between these two views by pressing the Switch to list view / Switch to calendar view button on the top right corner of the screen. 

List view

You can see all past and future bookings in chronological order but you can not make new bookings, you will not see the available free slots.

 

Calendar View

In the calendar view you can view and create bookings in four different ways with the Year, Month, Week and Day view. The most recommended view is the week view.  

Calendar Week View

In the week view, you can choose the room to be viewed, chose the date interval, see all the free slots/existing bookings in the calendar and easily create a booking or manage an existing booking. Note if you have more machines in a room there will be more free slots in a time interval and more bookings can be made.

 

Calendar Day View

In the day view, you can choose the room to be viewed, chose the date interval, see all the free slots/existing bookings in the calendar and easily create a booking or manage an existing booking. Note if you have more machines in a room there will be more free slots in a time interval and more bookings can be made.

Calendar Month View

In the month view, you can choose the room to be viewed, chose the date interval, see all the existing bookings in the calendar and easily manage an existing booking. Note if you have more machines in a room there will be more free slots in a time interval and more bookings can be made.

Calendar Year View

In the year view, you can select a month to view or go to the next/previous year. When you select a month you will be taken to the month view field.

Studio Selector

You can select which Studios calendar you wish to see, by choosing the Studio from the dropdown list at the top left of your screen. If you have only one studio you don’t have this dropdown list.

 

Booking Statuses

There are 5 different booking statuses of a booking in your calendar.

Booked – is the status you create when you create a new booking in the calendar. It will stay in this status until its maturity date/hour when it automatically transforms into the In Progress status unless it is canceled prior to its maturity date.

Canceled – is the final status this booking gets if it is canceled by the studio or the client.

In Progress – is the status where the trainer has to take action with this booking and chose if this booking has occurred or it was missed.

Done – is the final status a booking gets if the booking has occurred and the booing is complete. (this status has to be manually set by the trainer)

Missed – is the final status a booking gets if the booking has not occurred and the booing was missed by the client. (this status has to be manually set by the trainer)
