Customers – Overview

By pressing on the Customers button on the top navigation bar you will find all the customers associated with your Studio. All customers, that made a booking in your studio will be automatically associated with your studio. You can search for customers by their name, phone number or email address.

 

Manually Create a New Customer

You can create a new Studio Customer by clicking on the   button on the top right corner of your customers page. A new window will pop up where you will be able to input the new customer data.

 

Uploading New Customers List.

You can upload all your existing studio customers by clicking on the  button on the top right corner of your customers’ page. A new window will pop up where you can download our sample xls document.

The sample xls file has the 1st row with the table header, this row can not be modified or deleted. The 2nd row is a sample customer to show you how you have to insert all studio customers in the xls. Please delete this row and input all studio customers you would like to import.

After completing the xls file upload it to the application by pressing the upload button.

 

Booking History

Click on the view button to see the customers bookings (past and future)

 

Passes

Click on the view button to see the customers passes (past and current)

 

Measurements

Click on the edit button see the customer’s measurements or to register a new measurement

 

Goals

Click on the edit button see the customer’s goal or to register a new goal

Click on the view button see the customer’s complete chat history

Invite to App

Click on the send button to send an invitation to an offline customer.
